Every order is handcrafted and shipped directly from our Italian workshop.

 

Delivery & Processing

Each piece is handmade to order. We require 1–3 business days for careful preparation and dispatch.

We offer complimentary courier shipping on all orders with no minimum spend. All shipping costs, including duties and taxes, are covered by us, except in select regions where local regulations prevent this. All shipments are fully trackable and handled by trusted international couriers such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx.

Delivery times may vary based on destination and service availability. While we aim to meet the estimated timelines below, shipping times cannot be guaranteed. For faster delivery, express courier options are available at an additional cost.

"Complimentary Courier Shipping" refers to a designated premium shipping service provided at our expense, using international carriers such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx.

We aim to ensure a smooth delivery experience by covering standard import duties and taxes for most destinations. In some regions, local authorities may impose additional processing or clearance fees without advance notice to the shipper or its designated carriers, in accordance with their own regulations. If applicable, these charges are determined at destination and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

This service may not be available in locations subject to regulatory restrictions or limitations beyond our control.

Due to changes in UK import policy following BREXIT, a minimum spend of €160.00 is required for shipping to the United Kingdom.
