Returns & Exchanges

If there is a problem with your order, we'll always be here to help! The first step you should take is to contact us at shop@orticaboutique.com and we’ll respond to you as fast as possible.

As our items are made to order and are worn on delicate areas of the body, we cannot offer general returns or exchanges. However, in accordance with European consumer law, if an item arrives in unsatisfactory condition (damaged, faulty, or incorrect), the buyer has fourteen days to return the article, at their initial expense.

The return period begins the day the order has been received and must be previously communicated by email to shop@orticaboutique.com and accompanied by a photograph of the article and reason for the return. Once approved by us, we will provide you a return address and will request proof of shipping, using a trackable delivery method.

Returns will be applied without penalties and the buyer will be reimbursed for the order. However, the items must be sent back unworn and in original condition, with all the original packaging. Otherwise the items will not be eligible for reimbursement or exchange.
